What is the check-in process?

For your convenience we offer a self-check in process. You will receive a text/email with check-in instructions and your personal door code the night before your arrival. You are free to check in any time after 3pm. We happily allow early check-in if your room is cleaned and prepared before 3pm. Your host will send you a text if your room has been completed early. To request early check in please contact Crista 24hours before your arrival and she will do her best to accommodate.

What is the check-out process?

Check out is at 11am.
We ask that our guests are fully checked out by 11am sharp as our staff needs time to deep clean every room in preparation for the next guests.

Do you offer Luggage Storage?

YES!

We will gladly store baggage for you if you are in need of offloading your belongings prior to check-in or after check-out.

Just contact Crista at (907)313-4483 and she will lock your valuables in the luggage closet until you are ready to retrieve them.

Are you dog friendly?

YES!

We love Dogs! We are happy to accommodate a well behaved, quiet and potty trained dog. Please no puppies under 1 year of age. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the rooms and need to be leashed when outside. Sorry but, we do NOT accept cats due to the host family and staff having severe cat allergies. We require a refundable $150 doggy damage deposit and an additional $25 fee per night per dog. All dog reservations must be pre-approved by your host and only rooms #1 and #4 are dog friendly.

What are your cancelation policies?

We require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking or 30 days prior to arrival.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in.

  • No changes or refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check in.
